2006 NPDES Industrial Storm Water General Permit Reissued
The 2006-2011 NPDES General Permit No. GAR000000 for Storm Water Discharges Associated With Industrial Activity was reissued on June 16, 2006. The permit will become effective on August 1, 2006. The new permit and accompanying informational brochures can be viewed at:
