The Environmental Toxicology Program performs these duties:

  • Provides technical and scientific advice on toxicology and health-related matters to EPD.
  • Reviews risk assessments, health assessments and other scientific publications that evaluate environmental health issues.
  • Coordinates interaction among state, district and county health departments and EPD.
