Requirement(s) of Order:     File deed affidavit with clerk of superior court as provided in Rules, submitting proper copies/documentation to EPD  
Settlement Amount: $5000.00

Requirement(s) of Order:     Facility shall complete steps necessary to meet fecal discharge limits in NPDES Permit; complete by January 15, 2011; pay stipulated penalties for any and all fecal coliform exceedances during a single monthly monitoring period; payments will continue until facility is in full compliance with Permit limits for fecal coliform
